SELF DEFENSE (Stick Attack]

  • Front swing with stick:  Step in, outside strike to arm and wrap up trap arm. Grab throat and throw.
  • Front swing with stick: Fade back and let stick swing through. Trap stick hand as it passes and do knife hand strike to side of neck [ triple warmer 12 and 13] and do takedown.
  • Overhand strike with stick: Step way in and do high block strike to throat. Keep arm under chin and punch throat then grab throat and take down.
