SELF DEFENSE

SELF DEFENSE FROM NECK CHOKE: Grab wrists of attacker, kick groin twice, pull hands down to one side then pounch or elbow throat several times.

SELF DEFENSE FROM SAME SIDE WRIST GRAB: Grab own fist and step in same leg as wrist grabbed. Push your elbow into their elbow as hard as possible. Knee to groin twice then elbow to throat several times.

SELF DEFENSE FROM OPPOSITE WRIST GRAB: Reach over top and grab your own fist. Step in and push your elbow into theirs as hard as possible. Trap their arm and knee groin twice then elbow throat several times.

SELF DEFENSE FROM FRONT SHOVE: Trap hand with your matching hand, e.g. They push with their right, you will put your right hand on top of theirs. Roll your shoulder to lock them to you and strike down on their elbow area as hard as you can with your left forearm as you step back with your right leg. Then bring your knee into their neck or face several times.

SELF DEFENSE FROM ELBOW GRAB: Bring your arm up in a tight bend, trapping their hand in your elbow area. Step in quickly with the same side leg. Drive knee into groin several times and then elbows to throat.
